Retail Sales , Jewellery client

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist high-end clients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
• Understand customer preferences and provide expert advice on fine jewellery, gemstones, collections, and designs.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client engagement and upselling.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery materials, pricing, certifications, and craftsmanship.
• Handle billing, packaging, and after-sales service with attention to detail and brand standards.
• Keep the showroom impeccably organized, clean, and aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Coordinate with internal teams for custom orders, repairs, or client follow-ups.
• Manage client databases and contribute to exclusive client events or promotions.
• Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and grooming standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; diploma in retail, fashion, or luxury sales is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion.
• Fluent in English and local language; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Presentable, well-groomed, with excellent etiquette and soft skills.
