Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail team at Lenskart. The candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, understanding customer needs, and achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear, sunglasses, and optical products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support daily store operations, billing, and inventory management.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Follow company policies, processes, and grooming standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with experience documented on paper.
• Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer-handling and selling skills.
• Attitude: Positive, energetic, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Availability: Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts and at assigned store locations.
