Retail Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the achievement of store or business targets. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. What will you do: • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis • Assist customers in product selection by understanding their needs and preferences • Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, features, and pricing • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business • Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally • Ensure proper display, merchandising, and upkeep of the store • Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits • Process billing transactions accurately and efficiently • Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Graduate or equivalent qualification • 14 years of experience in retail sales (preferably in jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle segment) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-focused approach with a sales-driven mindset • Good presentation and grooming standards • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
