Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and presentable Female Retail Associate with at least 1 year of retail experience to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to assist customers while ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable products.
• Provide product information and personalized recommendations.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Maintain product displays, showroom cleanliness, and proper arrangement.
• Support daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
• Assist with billing, stock management, and inventory checks as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
• Experience in a showroom, jewellery store, fashion brand, or similar retail environment is preferred.
• Must be presentable, polite, and customer-focused.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customers confidently and professionally.
• Basic numerical and calculation skills.
• Willingness to work in a team and meet sales targets.
