Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail team at iVenus Apple Premium Reseller. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class in-store experience, understanding customer needs, and closing sales for Apple products and accessories.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers and provide product demonstrations
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
  
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
  
• Maintain store hygiene, display standards, and inventory levels
  
• Handle basic after-sales queries and escalate as needed
  
• Stay updated on new product launches, offers, and features
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 Year of experience in retail sales (mobile/laptop/electronics preferred)
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Tech-savvy, confident, and customer-friendly
  
• Knowledge of Apple products is a plus
  
• Target-oriented with a strong learning attitude
