Locations & Experience

• Bangalore: 1+ year of retail sales experience is mandatory.
• Mumbai: Freshers are welcome; candidates with any level of experience can apply. Prior experience in retail sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain products, features, accessories, and upgrade/trade-in offers.
• Drive sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and product solutions.
• Maintain product knowledge and professional grooming standards.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate / Diploma.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Experience in mobile, electronics, gadgets, or consumer durables preferred.
• Apple/iOS knowledge will be an added advantage.
