Role & responsibilities :

• Welcome walk-in customer and ensure a pleasant, personalised in-store experience
• Advise customers on our gemstones, crystals and jewellery, and help them pick the right product
• Manage billing, payments, and customer questions smoothly
• Meet your individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall goals.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication in Hindi and English
• Approachable personality with strong listening skills
