Retail Sales Executive

The position is to deliver excellent customer service at the point of sale. This role also involves assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized front-end area, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Understand & learn companys business and departmental processes
• Greet customers courteously and assist with purchases
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and store policies
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with store procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout and front-end areas
• Bag merchandise efficiently and carefully
• Address basic customer concerns in a professional and polite manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service targets

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresh Graduates (General)preferable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented approach
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
