About this role
Showroom Sales Executive
- To assist walk-in customers, using active listening to understand their needs.
- To explain product features and benefits (e.g., design, quality, and pricing) effectively to customers.
- To Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue and growth of the showroom.
- To prepare quotations, process transactions accurately using in-store technology.
- To manage customer queries and after-sales support.
- Willingness to work weekends or evenings as needed by store operations.
Skills Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of products and the ability to explain features clearly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales successfully.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Basic computer skills for Quotation preparing, record-keeping, and follow-ups.
- Previous experience in showroom or retail sales preferred.
- UG Degree / Diplomo in Civil preffered.
