RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE

Reporting To: Store Manager

Role Overview

As a Baby Champ, youll be the face of duckduckbaby, creating a warm in-store experience for parents while driving sales and helping customers find the right baby products.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm, engaging approach.
• Understand and confidently explain product features, benefits & care instructions.
• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling & product recommendations.
• Convert walk-ins into purchases through effective customer engagement.
• Maintain well-stocked, organized & clean shelves.
• Handle returns, exchanges and customer queries professionally.
• Stay updated on baby-care trends and customer needs.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.

Eligibility

• Degree in Retail Management, Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Retail internship experience is an advantage, preferably in fashion/retail.
