Retail Sales Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• In-Store Consultation: Conduct one-on-one consultations with walk-in clients to explain holistic hair-health products and customized treatment regimens.

• Customer Retention & Sales: Follow up with existing customers via phone and WhatsApp to track product progress, resolve queries, and drive repeat orders to meet sales targets.

• Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, walk-in scheduling, inventory tracking, and maintain high standards of visual hygiene.

• Customer Service: Address customer concerns empathetically and deliver an excellent in-store experience.

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (Mandatory).

• Experience: Open to Freshers as well as Experienced Professionals (03 years). Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Aviation, or Customer Service is a plus.

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years.

• Communication Skills: Good command of English and Hindi (Knowledge of local language/Kannada is an added advantage).

• Grooming: Well-groomed, presentable, and articulate for a client-facing environment.

• Work Schedule: Comfortable working rotational shifts, closing shifts, and weekends (1 rotational week-off provided).

Compensation & Allowance Details

• In-Hand CTC: 25,000 – 30,000 per month (Dependent on interview evaluation and relevant experience).

• Training Program Allowance: During structured onboarding training, candidates receive their fixed salary plus 500/day Food Allowance and 500/day Travel Allowance.
