Role Overview

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive with 1+ years of experience in automobile sales, especially premium motorcycle sales.

You will interact with customers, understand their requirements, negotiate deals, manage leads, and drive successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and understand their two-wheeler selling requirements.
• Explain Speedioos process, pricing, and services.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful transactions.
• Negotiate with customers while maintaining business margins.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth experience.
• Coordinate with inspection and operations teams.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer and lead details in the CRM.
• Generate leads through referrals and other channels.

What Were Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in automobile sales.
• Strong experience in premium motorcycle sales.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-driven with a focus on sales and conversions.
• Good knowledge of two-wheelers and the automobile market.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
