Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and strengthen dealer/distributor networks. The role involves managing retail outlets, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors
• Ensure availability, visibility, and promotion of Berger products at retail outlets
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealers/retailers
• Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and market trends
• Execute promotional activities, schemes, and campaigns at the ground level
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables
• Maintain reports on sales performance, market feedback, and dealer performance
