Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Location: BTM, Jayanagar, Banaswadi, Indiranagar, Banashankari

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately.
• Manage stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Kannada language is mandatory.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduates preferred.
