Retail Sales Executive

Job Purpose

To deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs, driving sales, maintaining brand standards, and supporting day-to-day retail operations in line with ASICS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Selling

• Welcome and engage customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Deliver product knowledge related to performance, technology, fit, and usage.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Drive add-on sales, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
• Promote loyalty programs, offers, and new launches.

Product & Floor Management

• Ensure merchandise is displayed as per VM guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor.
• Replenish stock and ensure product availability on the shop floor.
• Assist customers with size checks and stock availability.

Store Operations

• Participate in stock counts, audits, and inventory checks.
• Follow SOPs related to store opening/closing procedures.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Brand Representation

• Maintain grooming and appearance as per brand standards.
• Play Sports in some form
• Create a positive and energetic shopping environment.
• Represent ASICS values through professional behavior and communication

Compliance & Loss Prevention

• Follow company policies related to customer service and operations.
• Report suspicious activities, damages, or inventory discrepancies.
• Support shrinkage prevention and operational compliance initiatives.
