Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store sales performance and achieve assigned sales, KPI, and profitability targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are displayed as per brand guidelines.
• Ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and product presentation across the store.
• Prepare and review sales reports to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Support and motivate the team to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in POS systems and retail software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or store operations preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
