Retail Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets by providing excellent customer service and upselling products.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory management, and KPIs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Job Requirements :

• 0-12 years of experience in retail sales or related field.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer handling and query solving.
• Ability to meet sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
