Retail Sales Executive || Location - Mohali

Role & responsibilities

Customer Delight & Service Excellence Deliver a friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented experience for every pet parent and pet.

2. Efficient Booking & Service Support - Accurately manage customer appointments for grooming and vet services, ensuring confirmations, timely follow-ups, and minimised waiting time.

3. Sales Target Achievement- Consistently meet or exceed department/category sales targets through active selling, upselling, and cross- selling.

4. Product Knowledge & Recommendations- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotions to offer personalised suggestions to customers.

5. Shrinkage & Stock Control Support- Assist in maintaining shrinkage at or below 1.5% of total net sales by following FIFO, ensuring accurate inward/outward stock recording, and promptly flagging discrepancies or potential loss prevention concerns.

6. Team Collaboration & Engagement- Work closely with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations, contribute to training participation, and support team initiatives.

7. Compliance Awareness- Maintain awareness of store licenses, hygiene, and safety protocols, supporting preparedness for official inspections.
