Job Responsibilities

• Handle customers and provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Handle product presentations, billing, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
• Maintain proper product displays and ensure adherence to store standards.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the team in achieving overall store targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in jewellery retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Known languages - Gujarati, Hindi & Marathi
• Good knowledge of jewellery products, especially gold and diamonds.
• Customer-focused with a target-oriented approach.
• Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
• Ability to handle customers independently and work effectively in a team.
• Candidates with experience in reputed jewellery brands will be preferred.
