Retail Sales Executive Fashion Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with product selection.
• Recommend outfits, styling options, and complementary products.
• Achieve daily sales targets and increase sales.
• Maintain product displays, folding, and store cleanliness.
• Refill stock and ensure product availability in the store.
• Assist customers in trial rooms and provide alternate sizes.
• Handle billing, cash, digital payments, and returns accurately.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and new arrivals.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers can apply
• Experience in fashion retail brands like Zara, H&M, Max, Trends, or similar brands is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Interest in fashion and styling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and late shifts.
