Role & responsibilities

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. This role requires an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and motivated individual with excellent communication skills to help drive sales and brand loyalty.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products to meet their needs.
• Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and exchanges professionally.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Promote complementary products and upsell effectively to increase basket size.
• Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and availability
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Any Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
