Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation.
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure store operations are carried out as per company standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail, Apparel, Footwear, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Sportswear industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Energetic, team-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in retail shifts, weekends, and holidays.
