Retail Property Acquisition Manager

• Source new retail properties for business expansion through commercial leasing, franchisee development, land acquisition, property acquisition, site acquisition, and retail leasing.
• Develop strategies to identify potential locations for new store openings and negotiate deals with landlords/property owners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of expansion plans.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Manage relationships with existing clients/franchisees to drive business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in real estate or related field (retail property acquisition).
• Strong understanding of commercial leasing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with landlords/property owners.
