Retail Project Executive - Interior Fit-Outs -Third Party Roll

Role & responsibilities

• Execute retail store interior fit-out projects in accordance with approved designs, drawings, project timelines and quality standards.
• Read, interpret and coordinate architectural, interior design and MEP drawings with contractors, vendors and on-site execution teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, MEP requirements and mall/high-street guidelines.
• Manage and monitor multiple retail project sites simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of assigned deliverables.
• Track project progress against approved schedules, quality benchmarks and CAPEX budgets.
• Identify site-level challenges, execution risks and potential delays, and proactively escalate critical issues to the Senior Manager and Project Head.
• Conduct regular and planned site visits in coordination with reporting managers to monitor progress and resolve execution-related issues.
• Follow up with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work within agreed schedules, particularly during tight project timelines.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, finishing, detailing and overall execution quality.
• Support project completion, snagging, rectification and store handover activities, including extended on-site presence wherever required.
• Prepare and submit periodic project progress reports covering execution status, timelines, costs, site issues and pending activities.
• Ensure effective coordination between civil, interior fit-out and MEP works to minimize execution delays and rework.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in project execution, interior fit-outs or construction.
• Prior experience in retail store fit-out and execution projects will be preferred.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, site teams and project activities will be an advantage.
