Retail Operations Manager (Plywood & Hardware Showroom)

We are looking for a skilled Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our plywood and hardware showroom in Sambalpur, Odisha. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in retail operations management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining accurate records.
• Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance and attract customers.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Foster a positive work environment by providing training and development opportunities to team members.
