Retail Operations Manager – Kidswear

• We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee store operations for a growing Kidswear brand
• The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably within kidswear, fashion, or lifestyle retail
• The role will be responsible for managing store performance, sales targets, inventory, VM execution, customer experience, manpower planning and operational standards
• The candidate will work closely with Store Teams, VM, HR, Supply Chain and Business teams to drive operational excellence and profitability
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple stores and deliver consistent business results
