Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Head to lead and scale retail operations across multi-format stores. The role demands strong expertise in fashion retail and hypermarket operations, with a proven ability to drive profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end store operations across formats, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

- Own P&L delivery, including sales, EBITDA, and productivity metrics.

- Drive customer experience initiatives and ensure adherence to brand standards.

- Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and supply chain coordination.

- Lead new store openings and expansion readiness.

- Build and mentor a high-performing team of regional, area, and store managers.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, HR, and projects teams.

Candidate Profile:

- 14 - 16 years of experience in fashion retail or hypermarket operations.

- Strong track record in P&L management and scaling retail networks.

- Expertise in customer experience, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
