Playzone: Female candidates only
Arcade: Female & Male candidates can apply

Location: Siliguri – candidates must be staying in Siliguri.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum Class 12 pass.
• Good communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi.
• Well-presented, confident and customer-friendly personality.
• Eager to work in a floor-based, active role.
• Able to manage children, ensure their safety and assist guests with games/activities.
• Self-motivated, energetic and responsible.
• Physically/medically fit to work long working hours as per mall operations.
• Comfortable working in a busy mall environment and handling customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage playzone/arcade floor operations smoothly.
• Assist and guide children and guests with games and activities.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness and proper usage of play equipment/games.
• Maintain discipline and provide a friendly guest experience.
• Support billing, entry/exit and other operational requirements as assigned.

Working Conditions:
Weekly off and duty timings will be as per Mall/Company standards and operational requirements.
