Retail Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Have experience in retail operations or inventory management, preferably in apparel or fashion retail coordinating with contractors and vendors.
• Thrive in fast - paced, high - footfall retail environment.
• Have basic understanding of visual merchandising stock flow and replenishment.
• Can track slow - moving and seasonal apparel items and support stock optimization.
• Ensure availability of Retail Merchandise for customers without shortfall in all counters across the park.
• Analysing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs
• Analyse sales and revenue reports and make forecasts for each counter/location day wise/month wise
• Duty allocation and manpower management

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or inventory management, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.
