Role & responsibilities

• To handle walking customers.

• To resolve the customers complaint.

• To inform them about new products and services.

• To listen to objections and handle them effectively.

• To generate more leads from the people out called.

• To enter the details of every interaction in the system.

• Basic computer knowledge,

• Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi language

• Should be Interactive.

• Good communication skills

• Company dress code wearing compulsory.

• Work in excel and outlook.

• complaint email sends to technical team for complaint resolution.

• Generate sales leads. broadband and CATV (with call or reference generate leads)

• complain follow up and make walk in customers report.

• MQ and PP work Reports, and attain customers
