Role Overview:

The Retail Director will serve as a pivotal leader responsible for defining and executing the company's offline and omnichannel retail strategy. You will oversee the end-to-end retail operations, ensuring that physical experience centers and partner outlets align with the company's digital growth objectives. Working closely with the leadership team, sales heads, and supply chain partners, you will drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth. This role is essential for building a cohesive brand presence that translates digital convenience into tangible, high-quality customer experiences in the construction space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and implement comprehensive retail strategies to expand the company's physical footprint and enhance brand positioning in key markets.

- Manage the P&L for retail operations, optimizing store performance, inventory turnover, and operational costs to ensure sustainable profitability.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including store managers and sales associates, to maintain high standards of customer service and technical product knowledge.

- Collaborate with the marketing and digital product teams to create a seamless omnichannel journey, ensuring that online traffic is effectively converted into offline sales.

- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to refine product assortment and store layouts, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of architects and construction professionals.

- Establish robust performance metrics and reporting systems to track store productivity and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
