• Retail Channel Management
• Requirement Gathering and Solution Design
• UAT, Training, and Go-Live Support

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support D365 F&O Retail/Commerce solutions.
• Configure retail processes including stores, products, pricing, promotions, and loyalty.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Support integrations with POS, eCommerce, and third-party applications.
• Conduct testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
