About the Role

We are looking for passionate and experienced Trainers for our CSR Project in Vadodara. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering one-to-one training in Retail, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), and Accounts Assistant domains. The role requires strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to help learners develop practical, industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one training sessions in the assigned domain: Retail, BFSI, or Accounts Assistant.
• Explain concepts clearly and ensure learners develop a thorough understanding of the subject.
• Incorporate practical examples and industry-relevant knowledge into training sessions.
• Assess learners' understanding and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
• Support learners in developing the skills required for employment and workplace readiness.
• Maintain training records and monitor learner progress.
• Ensure effective delivery of the training programme in line with project requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching or training experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong subject knowledge in the assigned training domain.
• Ability to engage learners and deliver effective one-to-one training sessions.
