Retail Associate

Role:

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Retail Sales Associates to join our bakery Retail Outlet Team! You will greet customers, manage the billing counter, handle bakery orders, and maintain clean display sections.

Responsibilities:

• Greet walking customers politely and assist them with the menu
• Describe bakery items, cakes, and brownies to customers.
• Take accurate orders and handle cash/digital billing systems.
• Upsell promotional deals, beverages, and combo offers.
• Maintain hygiene and neatness at the food counter.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: 12th Pass minimum (Diploma/Graduate in Hotel Management, Marketing can apply).
• Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Freshers are welcome to apply!).
• Gender: Male & Female both can apply.
• Skills Needed: Basic English speaking, active listening, and polite customer handling. Work Details
• Shift: Rotational shifts (e.g., Morning/Evening shifts).
• Working Days: 6 Days a week (Rotational week-off).
• Job Location: Multiple store locations across the city.
