About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Retail Associates / Procurement Associates to join our team at Nehru Nagar,
Ahmedabad. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, supporting vehicle
sales/procurement activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer interactions and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Support the retail/sales process and assist customers throughout their journey.
• Coordinate vehicle procurement activities and follow up with potential sellers.
• Evaluate customer/vehicle information as per defined processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, inspections and vehicle movement.
• Maintain accurate records and update information in company systems.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Follow company SOPs, policies and compliance guidelines.
Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 02 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps and computer applications.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Candidates who are passionate about the automotive industry will be preferred.
