Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage retail store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  
• Oversee sales team performance, provide coaching and training to improve sales numbers.
  
• Analyze KPIs such as shrinkage control, stock levels, and cash handling to optimize store efficiency.
  
• Ensure effective communication with regional teams on promotions, events, and product launches.
  
• Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in apparel industry with expertise in fashion retail or luxury goods.
  
• Strong knowledge of clothing/footwear/lifestyle products with an understanding of market trends.
  
• Proven track record in managing large format stores (>2000 sqft) with multiple departments.
  
• Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and reporting; ability to create reports using various tools like KPI dashboards.
