We have an Immediate Opening for Store Manager a leading Jewellery Brand.
Position -: Retail Store Manager / Store Manager / Boutique Manager
For Locations -: Delhi / Gurugram
Key Skills -: Retail Exposure with Fair communication skills and ability to interact with Premium Customers.
> Managing store operation on day to day basis for smooth run of the business.
> Visual Merchandising, Inventory Management. Stock taking & Store Profit & Loss
> Budgeting for different events and seasonal launches of various collections.
> Training and Motivating staff to derive the highest amount of dedication towards results in sales.
> Track, monitor and evaluate sales data for ensuring satisfaction of sales objectives
> Increasing Sales by ensuring high customer satisfaction and providing them with complete support.
> Setting targets for team and self and achieving the same as per plan.
> Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
> Handling the store operating expenses and working with budgets.
> Analyze competitive product offerings in terms of features and benefits as well as price points.
> Preparation of Sales Plan for the season, and planning for target achievement.
> Collecting feedback from the customers and handling the loyalty program of the store.
