Retail and Store Manager

About the Role:

Manage a Rynox Exclusive Brand Outlet end-to-end, driving sales, customer experience, and daily store operations.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing retail role involving team management, sales, inventory, and store performance.

What You'll Do:

• Drive sales, footfall, and conversion
• Engage with customers and recommend products
• Manage daily store operations, billing, and reporting
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse
• Lead and coach the store team
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising
• Manage Google Business, local social media, and in-store activities
• Coordinate with HQ, warehouse, finance, and marketing teams

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of retail store/outlet management experience
• Experience in apparel, sporting goods, automotive, motorcycle gear, consumer electronics, or similar retail
• Strong customer-facing sales and team management experience
• Good communication in English and the local language
• Passion for motorcycling/riding gear is a plus, not mandatory
• No specific degree required
