Shift: US Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Key Responsibilities- Create professional and ATS-friendly resumes for US-based candidates.
- Review and rewrite existing resumes to improve content, structure, and impact.
- Customize resumes according to job descriptions and target roles.
- Write strong professional summaries and achievement-oriented bullet points.
- Identify and incorporate relevant industry keywords.
- Optimize candidates LinkedIn profiles and cover letters when required.
- Coordinate with recruiters/candidates to understand their experience and career goals.
- Proofread resumes for grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency.
- Manage multiple resume projects while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure all resume content is accurate, professional, and confidential.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Resume Writing, HR, Recruitment, Content Writing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong grammar, vocabulary, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Knowledge of ATS resume optimization.
- Good understanding of different job roles and industries.
- Strong attention to detail and formatting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word/Google Docs.
- Ability to work independently in a target- and deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of US staffing/recruitment is an added advantage.
