Resume Writer - US Staffing

Role & responsibilities

• Create and update professional resumes for IT professionals and consultants targeting the US job market.
• Customize resumes according to job descriptions and client requirements.
• Understand technical profiles and effectively highlight technical skills, projects, tools, technologies, and professional experience.
• Prepare ATS-friendly resumes using relevant keywords and professional formatting.
• Edit and proofread resumes for grammar, spelling, accuracy, consistency, and formatting.
• Coordinate with recruiters and candidates to collect and verify professional information.
• Maintain standardized resume formats while handling multiple resumes within deadlines.
• Ensure candidate information is presented professionally and accurately without misrepresenting qualifications or experience.

What We're Looking For

• B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology, BCA, or MCA.
• Excellent written English and grammar.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Mandatory understanding of IT/technical concepts and terminology.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, formatting, tables, and document layout.
• Understanding of ATS-friendly resume formatting and keyword optimization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
• Freshers with the required educational background and strong writing skills are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with prior Resume Writing experience will be preferred.
