Role & Responsibilities

We are hiring experienced hospitality professionals for a leading restaurant group in the UAE. Vacancies are available across Kitchen, Restaurant Service and Support departments.

Kitchen Positions: Sous Chef, CDP, DCDP, Commis Chef Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, South Indian and Pantry/Salad & Juice sections.

Restaurant & Service Positions: Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager, Restaurant Captain, Waiter / Service Staff, Waitress, Kitchen Supervisor, Housekeeping Staff and Utility Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform duties according to the assigned position and department.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Kitchen candidates must have practical knowledge of their respective cuisine.
• Service staff should provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Follow company SOPs, food-safety requirements and workplace standards.
• Work effectively as part of the restaurant team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in restaurants, hotels, fine-dining or hospitality operations preferred.
• Candidates applying for Chef positions must have practical experience in their respective cuisine.
• South Indian candidates should have knowledge of preparing items such as Porotta, Chapati, Puri and staff meals, where applicable.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Candidates should be disciplined, hardworking and willing to work in the UAE.
• Final selection will be based on CV screening and client interview.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
