Restaurant Manager

Role Overview:
Responsible for the overall operations, team management, customer experience, sales performance, and profitability of the store while ensuring adherence to Third Wave Coffee standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the caf.
• Drive sales, revenue, and profitability through effective store management and business initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team, including Shift Managers, Buddy Trainers, and Baristas.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain product quality, coffee standards, hygiene, and food safety as per company guidelines.
• Manage inventory, stock availability, wastage, and daily operational controls.
• Monitor and maintain store SOPs, compliance, and audit standards.
• Prepare and track daily/weekly/monthly store performance and take corrective actions where required.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, productivity, and manpower requirements.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of store employees.
• Ensure proper handling of cash, billing, and store-level financial controls.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, L&D, Supply Chain, and other support teams for smooth store operations.
• Drive local store initiatives and customer engagement activities to improve sales and footfall.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, well-maintained, and brand-compliant at all times.
• Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
