About this role
Location: South East Asia
Salary: INR 60,000 to 80,000 per month with Performance Incentives (based on Experience & Talent)
Incentive Potential: Up to INR 50,000 to 1,00,000 per month
Joining: Within 1-2 months
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong background in Food & Beverage operations, finance, and sales management.
Requirements:
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management
* 7-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry /age 25-30
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
* Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
* Ability to drive sales growth and maintain high service standards
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest experience
* Control costs and maintain profitability
* Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and footfall
* Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team
* Maintain top standards of food quality, hygiene, and service
* Manage inventory, suppliers, and purchasing
* Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and brand growth
Preferred: Candidates from Uttarakhand
