• Manage daily operations of the sweet shop and ensure smooth functioning.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, product expiry, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper product display, quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure good customer service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies.
