Restaurant Manager – QSR

We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager for our QSR outlet to handle daily operations, staff management, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations
• Staff handling, training & shift scheduling
• Customer service & complaint handling
• Sales target achievement & cost control
• Inventory, stock & cash management
• Maintain hygiene, food safety & SOPs

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate / Hotel Management preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in QSR
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Knowledge of POS, inventory & store operations
• Ready for rotational shifts
