Restaurant General Manager

Role & Responsibilities -

Having experience of Team Handling of 18-20 members.

Managing relations across departments.

Seeking opportunities to enhance the cutomer expereince.

Ensure Safe & Secure working environment.

Driving P&L Discipline Review (Utility cost, Food Variance, Raw Waste, Ops Supply variance) diagnose the root cause and take corrective action immediately.

Verify Safe status, bank deposit status & Petty cash status.

Verify Food, Paper, Ops Supplies, (Electricity, Gas, Water, Rent, HVAC Charges, CAM Bills., etc) and ensure on time Invoices are shared with Finance as per the agreed timelines.

Ops Excellence

Need to ensure that Pre-shift planning is reviewed 1 day in advance in order to ensure Customer Experience is delivered as per standards& Ops KPI's are acheived.

Dine-In & Delivery Rating/ Review & customer complaint to be reviewed on daily basis. Process Gap to be identified & Fixed.

Detailed Travel Path needs to be taken to verify (Food safety/ DPSC/FIFO/Pest Issues) and Equipment breakdown, Restaurant Cleanliness Standards and Maintenance Issues. Process Gap to be identified & Fixed.

Business Growth Mindset

RGM needs to ensure Trade Area Activation plan, ensure the execution to achieve Sales Target.

Needs to build network in the trade area & focus on building continuous relationship.

Selecting, Leading and Developing the team through succession planning, coaching and providing feedback.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Somebody who has worked in a similar profile/role.

Having experience of handling day to day store operations independently, minimum but not less than 2 years.

*Must to be Graduate pass (BHM/IHM Preferred, but not mandatory)
