Restaurant General Manager (RGM)

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations and achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the store team to deliver strong business performance.
• Ensure food quality, customer service, hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, manpower, cash, and operational costs.
• Drive customer satisfaction, business growth, and overall operational excellence.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred with 5+ years of experience in QSR/Restaurant operations.
• Candidates with prior RGM/Restaurant Manager experience will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts.
