Key Responsibilities
.Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the specialty restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
.Lead, mentor, train, and develop Assistant Restaurant Managers, Captains, Stewards, Hostesses, and service staff.
.Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and memorable dining experiences.
.Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution to maintain high service standards.
.Achieve monthly and annual revenue, profitability, and departmental KPI targets.
