Position: Restaurant Captain

Brand: FOO Asian Tapas

Location: KOPA, Koregaon Park, Pune

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with 1+ years of experience in F&B Operations. Preferres Pune locals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the service team during shifts.
• Ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain service standards, hygiene and outlet discipline.
• Train and guide team members on service procedures.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality service.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
