Restaurant Captain

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
• Supervise a team of waiters, baristas, and other staff members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Handle complaints and feedback from customers in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the restaurant premises.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years' experience as a captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong captaining skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate staff towards achieving targets.
• Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours.
